Our main equipment is four column oil presses capable of processing 6,300 tons of products, high temperature vulcanizers, veneer reeling machines, steel plate shearers, various models of machines, automatic welding equipment, manual welding equipment, etc.
Our company can produce various models of metal corrugated compensators (expansion joints) with diameters ranging from DN32 to DN1600, high pressure combination dedicated metal corrugated pipes, metal corrugated hosepipes, rubber joints (suspension machines) and shock absorbers. Using hydroforming technology, our metal corrugated pipes are made of materials of stainless steel SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L, etc. Raw material rubber of rubber joints (suspension machines) includes Natural rubber, ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber, neoprene rubber and buna-N rubber. Our products have accurate dimensions, clean and tidy surfaces without wound and beautiful product structure.
